The first floor accommodation provides a further substantial en-suite bedroom and one or more flexible use rooms which can easily be adapted - for example to provide an office suite, consulting room, long stay guest accommodation, or even a separate apartment.

High quality fixtures and fittings, and build quality generally, are key requirements of discerning buyers, which are often not achieved by new build homes. We are rigorous in our selection and supervision of builders.

Further, we specify our houses to a very high standard, notably in equipping the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as lighting, insulation and glazing, and in all the external materials used.
